Processing Time

All orders are made to order.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

Custom orders may require additional time depending on complexity. If this applies, I’ll contact you directly with an updated timeline.


Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once your order has been shipped.

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delays due to the carrier, customs, or weather are outside of my control.


Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via Chit Chats, which hands off to trusted partner carriers, including:

  • Canada Post

  • GTA GSM

  • USPS (for U.S. orders)

The carrier used depends on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including a low-cost partially tracked letter mail option.

Please note the following for letter mail shipments:

• Partially tracked letter mail does NOT include full tracking or delivery confirmation
• Once your order leaves our facility, tracking updates may stop and delivery cannot be confirmed
• After handoff, the shipment is no longer trackable through our system

Carrier Handoff Details:

• 🇨🇦 Canada Orders: Letter mail is handed off to Canada Post for final delivery
• 🇺🇸 USA Orders: Letter mail is transported across the border and handed off to United States Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery

Because this is an untracked service after handoff, we are unable to see updates, confirm delivery, or guarantee exact delivery dates.

If you would like full tracking and delivery confirmation, we strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option at checkout.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to me, reshipping costs may apply.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, I am not responsible for delays or lost packages. However, if you experience an issue, please reach out and I will do my best to help where possible.

PRE-ORDERS

What Is A Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it officially arrives in stock. This helps us estimate demand and produce the correct quantities for our community.

By placing a pre-order, you are securing your item before the public release.


Estimated Production & Shipping Time

Pre-order items are made and shipped after the pre-order period closes.

Estimated turnaround time:
2–5 weeks depending on production and shipping timelines.

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may occasionally change due to manufacturing delays, customs, or shipping carrier delays.


Combining Pre-Order & In-Stock Items

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may ship together once the pre-order item arrives.

If you would like your in-stock items shipped sooner, please place separate orders.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because pre-orders are made specifically based on demand, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has started.

Please double check your order details before checkout.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if tracked shipping was selected at checkout).

Please allow carriers additional transit time during busy periods.
