Pre-Orders
What Is A Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it officially arrives in stock. This helps us estimate demand and produce the correct quantities for our community.
By placing a pre-order, you are securing your item before the public release.
Estimated Production & Shipping Time
Pre-order items are made and shipped after the pre-order period closes.
Estimated turnaround time:
2–5 weeks depending on production and shipping timelines.
Please note that these timelines are estimates and may occasionally change due to manufacturing delays, customs, or shipping carrier delays.
Combining Pre-Order & In-Stock Items
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may ship together once the pre-order item arrives.
If you would like your in-stock items shipped sooner, please place separate orders.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because pre-orders are made specifically based on demand, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has started.
Please double check your order details before checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if tracked shipping was selected at checkout).
Please allow carriers additional transit time during busy periods.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can decals be removed?
Yes! Decals can be removed using heat (a hair dryer works great). They won’t damage most surfaces, but are not reusable once removed.
What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of custom products, our decals are final sale. If your decal arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days.
How are your orders shipped?
Our small decals are shipped in flat envelopes. Large decals are carefully packaged and shipped in shipping tubes
When will I get my order?
Our processing time is 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where do you ship from?
Our decals are made and shipped from Ontario, Canada
Will I get charged tariffs shipping to the United States?
Nope! Our decals are tariff free so no need to worry about tariff charges.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of my products are handmade in Canada.
Every decal is designed, cut, and packaged by me in my home studio using high-quality Oracal 651 permanent vinyl. Nothing is outsourced — you receive a truly custom, small-business–made product.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
